Damage & Incidentals Policy

LaBelleVue Micro-Hotel strives to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all guests. We ask that guests treat the property with care and respect during their stay.

Responsibility for Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, appliances, or other property during their stay, whether caused by themselves or their visitors.

If damage occurs, the cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning may be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Examples of Chargeable Damage or Cleaning

Additional charges may apply in situations including, but not limited to:

• Broken or damaged furniture, appliances, or fixtures
• Missing room items such as towels, linens, keys, or equipment
• Stains or damage to mattresses, bedding, or upholstery
• Excessive dirt, sand, mud, or debris requiring deep cleaning
• Strong odors requiring special treatment (including smoke)
• Damage caused by misuse of facilities or equipment

Excessive Cleaning

Rooms are expected to be left in reasonably tidy condition. If excessive cleaning is required beyond normal housekeeping standards, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.

Reporting Damage

We understand that accidents happen. Guests are encouraged to report any accidental damage as soon as possible so that we can address the issue quickly and fairly.

Inspection After Checkout

Rooms are inspected after checkout. If damage or missing items are identified, guests may be contacted and the card on file may be charged for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or cleaning.

Fair and Reasonable Charges

LaBelleVue Micro-Hotel will always aim to apply fair and reasonable charges and will communicate with guests whenever possible before processing additional charges.
